EZMaker Gold capture card & PCI-Express ?

I have desktop PC with Intel® Desktop Board D925XEBC2 & Sapphire RADEON X850XT (PCIe, without video-IN). Now i plan to buy AVerMedia EZMaker Gold capture card for VHS capturing. But they say, that card requires "...AGP Graphic Card with 8MB Memory...". My RADEON is on PCI-Express bus - are these cards compatible (EZMaker Gold is on PCI bus)?
