First Time Running Hijackthis

I'm cleaning up my pc and I decided to download, install, and run Hijackthis. I would appreciate it if someone could look my log over and tell me if anything is out of place on it.

You can remove these entries because they have been deactivated:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)

O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Acrobat Speed Launcher.lnk = ?

O4 - Global Startup: VPro610.lnk = ?

However, this is a component of Trojan Covert.Sys.Exec and is in your running processes:

C:\WINNT\VPro610.exe


First, open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del (Ctrl + Shift + Esc for Vista) and end this process, if it is there:

VPro610.exe


Then go to C:\WINNT\ and delete this file if it is there:

VPro610.exe

Thanks! I took your advice and deleted those entries. After I did so, I realized that the VPro610.lnk entry came from when I installed a new webcam (that I am getting rid of anyway).
