Games freeze skip and stutter

I already did a system restore and all my games are wonky, League of Legends audio stutters ridiculously, Psychonauts stutters and lags to the point its unplayable, the same with Payday 2. But other games like Don't Starve, Minecraft, and L4D 2 only lag every couple of minutes. If you could give my a hand that would be much appreciated.

Since you didnt list a video card I am assuming your using the Intel HD Graphics. Payday 2 needs a NVIDIA GeForce 8800/ATI Radeon HD 2600 (256MB minimum) or better to play. You can try to install the newest drivers for your Intel HD Graphics here: HERE

That system is very low end, its because your GPU is too low on the scale in this day and age to be used to play games. I would by an inexpesnsive HD 7750 or GTX 650 and put it in to up your gaming experience.
