Anything. I first saw it in tech newsletters, now I even saw it in techspot.

Well, it's basically a firewall with visual extras in the form of network monitors (data traffic, access attempts, network scanning, etc). Unless you're really into networking, a decent antivirus package and Windows' own firewall will be all you need; but if you want to try it, the free version should give you a good taste of what it can do.
