Hello, i recently built myself a gaming computer, and bought Half-life 2. the game opens and loads fine, but then as i am playing it will freeze for a few seconds then my monitor will say "no input from rgb", this is a regular thing but it does not happen at any specific point in the game, sometimes i can play up to about 20 mins and sometimes i can take 1 step forward in game. i have never had any issues with any other games. i have all the settings in game on the lowest possible. I have no ideas what the problem might be, i have tried all the standard things such as updating graphics drivers.

and i'm running windows xp home SP3
