Graphics card for SFF PC

I recently got a dell opti-plex 740 given to me, it's a small form factor pc and i just wanted to double check that low profile graphics cards do fit SSF pc's before i make any purchases. Also it has a 275w PCU is that going to be an issue as far as a new card goes.

it will, but the 275w PSU's are very feeble. if you put a card in there I would make it one that does not take more than 25w. If you want to game with it, you should make other plans.
