GTX 570 Display Issues

So, recently I've been crashing while playing games using my GTX 570 and it says it lost connection with my display but recovered. This is getting very aggravating and it is happening often.

This is another brand new RMA'D card. I was wondering if there was a certain drive I should use to fix this. I've tried everyone I could find... please leave me a link...

Download the latest driver from here: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/63458. Once you open the installer, chose the "Custom Install" option, then check the box that says "Clean Install". After you do that, make sure the connection used between the GPU and the monitor is tightly secure. If this doesnt work, you may have another bad card.
