Hard Drive issue

I was having a porblem with my external hard drive, so I decided to swap it out with my second drive. When I switched them back it said "Reboot and select proper boot device, or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key". Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

You need to go into your bios and set the harddrive that you swapped out as boot priority # 1

Sorry, I forgot to say that i took my external hard drive back out and put my second one back in, thats when the problem started
