When I open my browser i get the following message.

You have chosen to open oasadgenerator.aspx
which is a: aspx file
from http://publish.vx.roo.com

If anyone knows I can fix this, I would be very greatfull

You have spyware.

Go HERE and follow the instructions then post an HJT,

and whatever other logs it asks for,in the Security and the Web forum

Somebody will tell you what to delete.
