Help loading driver etc on new PC

Just got a new PC from CyberPower and did not have any operating system pre-installed. Can anyone tell me how to load drivers etc? I can't even get the monitor to show the bios or anything. Thanks

You don't install drivers until during and after installing the operating system. The BIOS already contains some basic drivers to get you to that point.

Is the problem that the monitor isn't getting a signal when you turn the PC on? If so, I would open it up and check all the connections, both power and data to see if any of them came loose during transit, especially any SATA connectors.
