Help with step 10 of viruses/spyware/malware, premilinary removal

Im finally on step 10 of the removal steps and when tried to download tool 2, the program started to scan my computer and then it said it had to reboot because of a "stop". So am I done with tool 2 or do I try it again?

From the beginning of the scan:

Warning: This program may terminate running processes and automatically restart the computer if Virtumundo is detected

Sounds as though it found Virtumundo and restarted

You can confirm this, by opening VBG.TXT on your Desktop, and read what it says.
Note: Running it twice is OK
