Help with this problem!!

Hi everybody. I've had this problem for about a month. I think its my graphics card, so I tried to update it. Nothing happend. I'll describe the details

When im in ANY game:

it looks like this.

I know its not the moniter because there is weird lines flashing around the mouse pointer.

It happends when i start windows XP. The Dell and the Window Xp sign has a lot of flashy lines like a glitch.
I tried reinstalling windows and no effect.

It sounds like you're right and it's the graphics card. It's probably not the graphics card driver because it's happening when the Dell logo appears and before Windows starts. The card might have overheated but in any case I think you'll have to replace the card.
