HijackThis Log, help appreciated

I know you all probably get tons of these, so have at it! Only joking, but I dont know what to fix and dont want to screw something up, irony. So, I would very much appreciate the help provided, not only for me, but others not so technically inclined like myself. Thanks for the time taken to read this and this extremely long log. Much respect and appreciation.

Around here we direct you to follow 8-step malware removal guide. This approach normalizes against the selected tools. We then pick up on differences.

The process list contains:
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil10a.exe

AVG8 declares this a virus. Direct your AV program to scan the file.

When things calm down a bit, it would be helpful if you recall anything unusual, such as, a popup to update a plugin or download a new video codec that may serve as a clue to this infection.
