how do i partition c:?

I've installed windows today and im trying to partition my c: drive, but i dont know how. My c: drive is 150gbs, and i want to create a 120gb partition( c: is my only HD on the computer). How do i do it?Ive tried the help topics on disk managment, but it doesnt work. Is there any program that does it or can i do it on cmd or something?thanks

partition Magic or something like it is the only way to partition a drive after the OS has already been installed.

Yeh, it ends up that i had a original version on patition magic years back. Thanks, it worked.
