How do i run the same on different account users?

im the admin of the pc, i use pop up stopper free edition for blocking pop ups, but when i go onto a different account, say for example Guest Account, the program DOES NOT run on the system tray icon. it doesnt even start up, basically i want to enable the a program on a different Limited Account so that it runs on startup and blocks pop-ups.

i want to enable the a program on a different Limited Account

1- create a shortcut of the program(s) you want EVERY account to startup and place them in a folder for easy access.
2- now navigage to

\Documents & Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startups​

3- COPY your shortcuts there ​

In addition, programs you install and would like everyone to have access to can be
created by shortcuts located in

\Documents & Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\​

(if not already there by the installer)
