Hp omnibook900 hash code [ 02002]

I have a hp omnibook900 with hash code [ 02002], Can anyone help me with the master password?

I have an Inspiron 1000
The service tag is missing, and paperclipping will not work.

How about reflashing the BIOS?
Does anyone know how to flash a BIOS without getting past the BIOS password.
OR does anyone know how to force the CD drive to boot? etc?

I could unsolder the BIOS, and reprogram it.
Was looking to get an IC programmer anyway.
But a confirmation that this is where the password is held would save me time if it is not here.

I had Buyed a used Laptop MotherBorad. and it have a Admin Password.

Can anyone Help me and indicate me a master password for my laptop?

i have read about the shorting method doesn't work....anyone know a software for a master password using the service tag number..?
