I burned my pc! when i was oc`ing it! helppp!

first i changed ram & vga vol to %2 % & %10 cpu vol after that i changed my cpu from 166 to ~180,& i saved it & restarted my pc, when it was booting,it showed my cpu athlon xp 2800(my cpu is 2600) but after that it shut down, & it doesnt turn on! i think my psu has burned! what do u thing? i had awful psu, i think yhe problrm is from my psu!

Overclockers do need good psu's. Do the fans spin when you turn it on? If not, then it could be the power supply, or the motherboard if it is fried.

i think the problem is from my psu, i want to buy new one, which one do u suggest for -60 $?

According to this page, both your power supplies listed are not very good quality.
