If you are replacing a video card, uninstall the drivers for your old one. Either in add-remove programs or Device Manager.
Shut down.
Unplug.
Unscrew.
Open.
Remove old card (if needed).
Insert new card.
Pray.
Plug.
Turn on.
Insert drivers CD when Windows asks for one or when done starting up.
Install drivers.
Reboot.
Close up the computer case.

Dont do it your self!!!!

I recommend 2 get a professional 2 go and install it 4 u because if u srew up on installing it then your video card is noooo good.... :)

it is really simple but be careful not to fry anything on the motherboard and make sure to seat the card firmly in place yet without breaking the card. touch something metal other than your computer to make sure you dont have static flowing through your body or you may fry you system good luck
