Hi.

My laptop has been rebooting lately while doing normal things( internet browsing etc..) The only thing I get after reboot is "Windows has recovered from a serious error". So I debugged my minidumps and I have no idea how to read these.

Attached debug log:

Thanks.

You have a serious hardware error, most likely having to do with the video graphics chip or card, or elsewhere on the motherboard.
You must get it to a qualified technician, or repair shop, to initiate repairs. This will not be a cheap fix.

That one dump points to ati2evxx.exe which manages the Hotkey feature for the video card.

We will need a few more minidumps to confirm anything.

If the problem is the video card drivers -

fully uninstall the drivers then download the latest version.

Use Drive Cleaner Pro to remove them.

If the problem is the card itself, you may well have to get someone to fix it depending on the model.

Some Dells are user fixable,at a push - HERE
