LG 32GK650F Review: Best Value 1440p 144Hz Monitor Right Now

I just picked up this display a week ago and I really like it and im picky. I also own a dell 27in 1440p TN gsync display and a alienware 3440x1440 IPS 120hz gsync monitor. The ultrawide is my main rig with an 8700k and 2080ti, the LG is with a 2700x and radeon 7, and last the Dell is with a 5820k and 2080. All my displays have there advantages and disadvantages but now I have 3 three of the most popular types of displays. This is my fist VA panel and so far I fill like its a great choice for amd or nvidia gpu owners. I think the freesync range is 50-144hz and the colors could be more vibrant, but for $320 you get a lot for your money. I know smaller displays have better pixel density buy man the 32in size is nice while gaming. I still like my ultrawide the best but it was $900 and thats close to what many people pay for their pc. I would recommend this monitor or the dell 1440p 144hz TN thats freesync for somebody looking to spend about $300 on a display.

I hope most people are smart enough to ignore his comment. I don't own this monitor but got rid of my tn monitors in favor of quantum dot samsungs and couldn't be happier. Just stay away from crap brands and a va panel can be great. The improvement in picture quality was a much greater benefit for gaming compared to the very small increase in blur. Even then I only notice the blur over my old tn panels if I forget to set the samsungs to faster response time.

Had it for 5-6 months now. Was an upgrade from 144hz Xl2411Benq (LG is HUUUGE in comparison).
The image is more blurry in motion than on TN however after about 1 week, it stopped bothering me and I don't notice it anymore.
Input lag is amazing on this screen I feel no difference between LG and Benq (as a heavy fps player).
I'm playing games like Apex, Overwatch, CSGO, Quake and MK11 and they all look amazing on this screen.
32inch is just right for me now. Monitor stands 55cm from my face.

32 inch is too big. You need a monitor small enough that you can place it in front of you on a desk. 24 to 27 inches.

It's a monitor for PC gaming, not viewing it from your couch.

100% agree. My 32" gaming monitor is less than ideal. Having to pan your head or have that much screen real estate to look at its too much. 27" is the sweet spot I think.

It depends on what you're used to. I use a 34" 21:9, which is just a 27" 16:9 with a few extra inches tacked on to each side. That side information is simply to use peripheral vision and it really comes in handy. You're not looking directly at it very often but you're still taking information about things in the periphery which would be masked off in a 27" (or any other 16:9 monitor). I have to adjust my gameplay whenever I go to a regular 16:9 or 16:10.

Of course you can adjust the FOV (in games with that option) to set the same viewable width and then have more FOV at top and bottom, but in most games it seems that there's less info to be had in the vertical dimension than the horizontal. In the end I game with this monitor because it's what I have as it was bought for productivity, it just happens to be a decent (60Hz only) gaming monitor.

No all of us have perfect eyes. I have a 27" 1440p panel and am considering replacing it with this one because the extra size would be a big improvement for me visually.

32" is minimum I would buy 1440p display, so from this aspect it's perfect. What makes me dubious is the VA panel and the articles "Aside from a few particularly slow transitions..."
I have had VA display before and on some occasions it was just horribly slow at certain transitions so I couldn't even watch movies with it.
