The 280Hz Alienware AW2725D, for example, recently dropped to $400

The first link points to a review of the 4K Q model, and in the second link is a listing (at least for the US) to the currently 45% more expensive, 360hz variant AW2725DF. If the AW2725D was on that listing, Amazon quietly updated the listing and removed it.

Thanks. We have fixed those links. Indeed, we were pointing to our own review of a different Alienware monitor (that is named very similarly). We have also replaced links pointing to Dell.com since they are offering by far the best price when buying direct.
