+1 to this. Windows 11, X670E and 7950X3D here also with no stuttering issues.

Perhaps this is one of those "happens on certain hardware/software/setting configurations" -type of thing and therefore is very hard to fix.

Was just about to ask if anyone with 7000's really having this issue... Also wonder if its more of a thing when upgrade to win11 was done vs clean install.

At this very moment im writing these words, kernel linux haves 137 vulnerabilities and windows 11 haves 129. I think its better torvalds start watching his actions. Windows is winning.

I don't think Linux really competes with Windows very much. Linux is mostly used on phones (android) and servers. Hobbyists might use it on desktop, but they typically also have Windows too.

On the one hand, I agree with Torvalds on this one, and don't much care for any TPMs in the first place.

On the other hand, articles like this always make me think of this classic xkcd strip.
