Mark and Heather have managed to collect every tracking Cookie in cybnerspace!
Please have SAS remove them. Click on the lower left image here to see where to check on SAS:
http://superantispyware.en.softonic.com/images

Once that is done:
Reset Cookies:
For Internet Explorer: Internet Options (through Tools or Control Panel) Privacy tab> Advanced button> CHECK 'override automatic Cookie handling'> CHECK 'accept first party Cookies'> CHECK 'Block third party Cookies'> CHECK 'allow per session Cookies'> Apply> OK.

There is no malware in the logs. I would encourage you to take the scanner, printer and web cam off of Startup though. Start manually when you need them:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VMSnap3] C:\WINDOWS\VMSnap3.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Domino] C:\WINDOWS\Domino.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CanonSolutionMenu] C:\Program Files\Canon\SolutionMenu\CNSLMAIN.exe /logon
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CanonMyPrinter] C:\Program Files\Canon\MyPrinter\BJMyPrt.exe /logon
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SSBkgdUpdate] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Scansoft Shared\SSBkgdUpdate\SSBkgdupdate.exe" -Embedding -boot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OpwareSE4] "C:\Program Files\ScanSoft\OmniPageSE4\OpwareSE4.exe"

For the sound problem, check for driver errors in the Device Manager:

Control Panel> System> Hardware tab> Device Manager> find the sound driver and look for yellow triangle w/black !. If found, go to manufacturers site and look for driver update.

well i know it's not the divers as i have already done that
and how to do i remove those programes from start up

The only processes you need to start at boot are the antivirus program firewall, touchpad if on laptop. All else can be started manually when needed:

Start> Run> msconfig> enter> Selective Startup> Startup tab> UNCHECK all but the processes named above> Apply> OK> Reboot>>>

NOTE: when you reboot, you will received a nag message that you can ignore after checking 'don't show this message again.' Stay in Selective Startup.

Here are some database to help you ID the processes:
For any programs you don't recognize, refer to any of the sites below for ID:
