right now i have a 3400 amd 939 new castle, in bios i maxed it to 300mhz and 11x multiplyer, and its running @ 1650mhz, i just upgraded bios to 1017 on CPU-Z thou it says mhz is @ 150 instead of 300. at 200 (default) cpu was running at 1100 mhz. any help? (cpu suppose to be running at 2200mhz default at 200fsb).
