I bought a
Maxone Ultra Slim 2.5'' External HDD USB 3.0 for PC, Mac, Laptop, PS4, Xbox one - Gold,
It was working fine until today. I connected it to the bluray player after loading things on it, but the player didn't see it anymore. I reconnected it to the computer, it no longer sees it either. I lifted it and saw that the tiny blue indicator light isn't lit anymore.
All the other places I have gone to find answers seem to think the it is the computer not seeing it and begin with leading me towards the device manager, but that is no help if it isn't seeing anything there. It is too thin to open, nothing sounds "loose" inside, so I am at a loss. It is as if dead. What could be the problem?
