I ran Memtest86+ last night on one of my stciks of ram. It passed 23 tests but found one error. Should i RMA this ram stick or what.

That depends on why you were running Memtest86+. If you suspested the RAM was causing data corruption, system hang or sudden power off, then yes, I'd RMA it.

The reason why i was running Memtest86+is because i was getting BSOD, you can read more about that here Ntoskrnl.exe BSoD Win 7 64bit
