I have an ABIT NF8-V motherboard which I am experience some problems with. The machine has 3.1xp amd, 1 gig of ram, 160 gig maxtor hard dive and a guru 128mb graphics card and a Tagan PSU. I am running xp with sp2. The machine keeps freezing up at particular times, especially when it is doing a lot of number crunching or transferring data such as from camcorder to hard drive. I have used Norton system diagnostic software to check ram, hard drive etc and all are OK (although it may not be the best program).
I have changed the motherboard 3 times, and formatted the OS and the problem persists.
Any ideas on how I can fix it, as it used to work with the same configuration.
