  1. Earlier today, Windows seemed to have lost mscoree.dll. My internet connection worked but my browser didn't. I was able to open/use/download/upload on my file sharing program, but not the browser.

I didn't do anything major to my computer, not even a program installation.

Sometimes the problem comes back and I end up having to shut down and turn on many times for the problem to go away.

Do you guys know of anything?

I don't know if you guys can get to it or not with your browser issues, but if so, go to Microsoft's Windows Update page and install the .NET Framework update. That should take care of your issues.

The .NET Framework is being used by many new apps that are being released. Now would be a good time to install the .NET Framework, if you haven't already done so.
