There is very little wrong with your HJT-log.
But your PC must go stir-crazy from all those AV-programs that are fighting each other!
If you paid for Kaspersky (the best) uninstall the others completely.
If you paid for McAfee (second-best) uninstall the others completely.
If you did not pay for either, keep AVG and uninstall the others completely.
Boot in Safe Mode
Run HJT on its own and let it 'fix':
