Need Urgent help with bios Plz

Ok so here is the problem i recently had an issue with my graphics card and being able to use a new monitor, so i googled the problem and found that someone had flashed their bios with a new update. so i decided great that will be a good idea unfortuanately i am a noob to flashing and i left the bootblock on the cmos enabled so now when i boot the computer i get stuck at verifying dmi pool, i cannot even get far enough to reflash the bios the original version. is there anything i can do or do i have to scrap the mobo and get a new one?

Try clearing your cmos, your mobo manual will tell you how to do it. If that doesnt work, then its time for a new mobo.
