It didn't help much when that guy plowed into those people in the french quarter with his truck!!!

That was years after this surveillance started.

That tragedy was due to our corrupt Mayor replacing the semi-truck-rated barricades with ones that couldn’t stop a Civic and taking weeks to install them so there was nothing there at all.
