No display no booting on screen

Hi,
I need urgent help as my system ran into problem..
the cpu cabin is starting automatically on plugged in and mobo led is lightening up fan is running.. but am not able to see anything on my monitor. It just doesnt show anything.and it seems it is not booting at all..

I reset the cmos. removed the RAm... chcked for beeps but nothing is coming.
Please advice somthing.
Motherboard is new only few months old.

When was it last working properly?
What happened just before it failed?

Confirm all connections by removing and reseating (power, video cable, etc). Try to start again...any change?

If no change, test GPU and cable in another system.
