Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Review: A New Mainstream King

Sure because we are talking about a huge difference here. So you are saying that if my budget is 100€ I should stick to a rx560 or gt1030 because I should not save up a bit more for a much better product. Makes total sense. We not talking about huge 250€+++ differences here, we talking about 180€ vs 250€ while getting a better gpu that will last more. And even the 1660ti is at 260€ on a lot of european stores.

I would love for you to point out where I said saving up isn't an option.

I was merely talking about situations where a GPU needs to be purchased today or ones where saving up more money isn't an option. Not everyone has the capability to save up more money. If they do; more power to them. There's no reason not to build your system and use the iGPU temporarily or wait until you can afford all the parts at once with your new, fancy 1660 or whatever.

To be honest, looking at the graphs again the RX 580 isn't a bad value compared to the 1660. You can pretty commonly find new ones for $180, not $200. putting the cost per frame blow that of the 1660. ($2.28 vs $2.46)

Averaging 13-14% more performance for around 22% more cost isn't really better in terms of value.
