Opinion of Philips TFT monitors ?

What is your opinion about Philips TFT monitors ?

It seems like Philips 190X7FB has better specification than Samsung monitors 931BF and 931C but I am wondering why it doesn't have none TCO certificate and is this important for TFT monitors ?

Does anyone know from practical experience which one of these 3 monitors is the best choice :

Philips 190X7FB
Samsung 931BF
Samsung 931C ?

If Phillips is good, Samsung is great. Take a look at the wide screen Samsung 244T... And, of course, the Sony. We rate the very good Phillips below the Sony, Samsung, Sharp, and NEC monitors... but fifth place still isn't bad. Be sure you get at least an 8-Bit rather than 6-bit monitor, no matter what else you do... and it MUST have a 3 year warranty.
