Page Not Found - 404 Question

Hello-

I have an easy question... what causes a page to be 404 (page not found) on one computer and then you go to another computer (different IP address - WAN) and the page loads up fine? All other pages / sites etc. load up no problem with the computer that is giving the 404. This leads me to believe this is an SSL issue... or something ? Is there something I can check in the options / advance tab (IE) ?

Thoughts on getting this page to load up on the network that otherwise works great?

PS - The site is http://www.geostor.arkansas.gov

Dunno 100% but you could force the browser to check for a new page each time.

Tools
Internet Options
Settings
(tick) Every visit to page
