Parental controls for games (XP)?

Does anyone know of any good parental control software, preferably free? I don't care about web controls, which is most of what i can find. What I want is something similar to Game Jackal's Guardian Control.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Microsoft Windows SteadyState free for registered XP users. I use it not how to use.
