PC build: What else do I need?

Hey guys I have couple of bucks I need to spend on my PC right now
I am looking for a mid range video ed/ gaming setup.
here is my specs currently.

What's your budget? You're gonna need a whole new rig, including OS.

You should not have posted your OS license key (listed as Serial Number). It would be wise to remove the key from that summary as soon as possible. Someone may try using that key to activate their OS, if successful it could be blacklisted and cause you troubles. I know XP is old but the risk still remains.

Edit:
After looking over the specs, I'd say stick with a mid-grade graphics card. An nVidia GTX650 or AMD R7 series graphics would probably be your best bet.
