Please help with hijackthis spyware removal

I ran hijackthis and saved a logfile, but I have never used it before and don't know what to do, please help me out, I have attached the logfile

You have too many processes running to read that mess. you need to boot into safe mode first then run HJT again and post new log.

You have some serious infections that will require multiple steps. You will need to consider wiping the hard drive and reinstalling the OS as the safest way of protecting yourself and your personal information.

First, why are you not updated to SP2?
