By the way, just off topic. I am about to contact MS by phone (as I received a reply email from them, saying any further help contact us by phone, on an issue I'm still trying to clear up)

I rang them, and they have taken my "Feedback" and will get back to me via email (again) if there are any changes or anything.
They wanted my XP SP3 "PID" number as well, although this has nothing to do with my issue (ie web based) But I gave it to them anyway, I hope I stay activated :D

I'm saying that the US do not have the "Help Wizard -- Interactive SiteMap"
And when I rang MS they said that only AU MS support has this support link, designed by them. (only)

So I said it would be good for US to have it too, (let alone everyone) they semi agreed and said they'll look into it.

Note the support page is only meant for AU, as per the contact info etc
