Removal of antivirus

I am wanting to download Norton but I have to remove Trend Micro Antivirus and it won't let me. said I have to do update but when I click on it won't open. How do I uninstall this program?

First, login as the system Administrator account.

Here are some simple steps you can follow if you can't uninstall the program from control panel :

1. Open File Explorer.
2. Double-click the C:// drive.
3. Double-click the Program Files (x86) folder.
4. Double-click the Trend Micro folder.
5. Double-click the OfficeScan Client folder.
6. Locate NTRmv.exe and then double-click it.
7. Restart the computer to complete the uninstall process
