Removing a heatsink from a dell dimension E521

I have a dell dimension E521 and I recently bought an amd athlon 64 x2 5600+ socket am2 processor. does anyone kno how to remove the dell heatsink? il post a picture of it. im not gonna put a new heatsink. im gonna remove it to install the new cpu then reuse it. I need to kno wat to do after I take out the screws. here's the pic. two pics of the heatsink and 1 pic of the cpu.

Looks to me like you have already removed thge heatsink and removed the processor? What is the problem exactly?

o those pics werent of my comp. i got them from the internet. those pics were just as sources. i need to figure out how to remove it. there are two screws on the side. after u take them out u cant simply pull out the black box. u gotta remove it in a certain way. the manual confused me.
