Safe mode issues

Hi,

I have win32 virus.

I followed the steps for virus removal, I got to step 10 tool 1 and when I went to bootINI and chose safe mode startup, the computer went into safe mode, but the screen is black. The only thing I see is safe mode on four corners, the mouse pointer, and the only thing working is, Ctrl Alt Del key which opens the process window.

Is there anyway I can start my computer in normal mode again?

Please help.

In Task manager click file, new task, and enter 'C:\windows\explorer.exe

That should get you into Windows Explorer.
