So I have a graphics card and I'm confused

I have a Dell Dimension E310 and a friend of mines has a WinFast PX8600 GT TDH unopened Graphics Card he wanted to give me. I know that the Dimension has a Intergrated one and that it is built in the system. I can't play and good games with it and I was wondering if this card would install on my Dell in the PCI Slot. Can someone help me out here?

No your system doesn't have the correct type of slot to upgrade to a PCIe x16 video card. All it has is 2 pci slots and a PCI Express x1 slot which is pci express but not the right type.

well do you have some sort of budget? that u might be able to buy a new one for that fits into your PCI slot?

I don't think there are any good PCI graphics cards that will allow him to play newer good games well. It's kind of like souping up a 68 Datsun.
