Not sure if you were being sarcastic or not lol, but in case if you wasn't I'd have to respectfully disagree . There are WAY to many variables when it comes to replacing humans behind the wheel. And it's going to take awhile for AI to be better than a human when it comes to driving.

Driverless taxis and big rigs are already a thing. Driving people and cargo around everyday. Waymo cars did 50,000 trips a week in 2024. Its at 500,000 a week now. There were 1429 Waymo accidents reported to the NHTSA between July 2021 and November 2025. Not all of these were Waymo's fault. The accidents not caused by Waymo, I wonder whos fault they were. People keep saying "its going to take a while...", but it is already happening. Thinking it is not is burying your head in the sand.

Ideally, they should be able to drive to a wireless charging pad and charge themselves.

All you need is a bank of 20 chargers with a super low paid attendent to plug them in. Still cheaper than 20 cab drivers.

Look, I don't like Tesla, but driverless cars don't have to be perfect. They just have to be better than a human, which is not difficult.

Tesla did have some brilliant idea's tho. If you buy a tesla, you could signup where it taxi's itself around at night, and make money for you. It just does it completely automatic. It's like the driverless uber service. You order, get in, to your destination, get out. The car self returns back to base. And you made money during that night lol.

The UK has become a joke bending over and allowing all these people from around the world who have no connection to the country, nothing invested in the country, whose own countries are straight up sh holes which they don't care to try and make better come in and enjoy the same benefits of the citizens whose ancestors spilled blood and endured other sacrifices. Now they get even more benefits while the citizens are specifically excluded from these additional benefits and it doesn't stop there because now they don't and choose not to assimilate so the citizens have to shut their mouths while these backwards cultures are on full display in their own country because if they say anything they are a xenophobe or some other kind of ist!!
