The Best Graphics Cards in Late 2025: Nvidia is Winning the GPU Price War

Now isn't that interesting?

AMD's marketshare has shrunk to just 6% of the market.....yet their cards are selling for well over MSRP, and their various models on newegg keep going in and out of support.

This would suggest that AMD's marketshare is, once again, a supply problem instead of a demand problem.
Because JSR numbers are SHIPMENT, not sales.

The 5090 is one of the most unreliable GPU design, afflicted with many flaws. And they are charging 3000$ for it.

It is not a question of if I can afford it, it is a question of principle...

I refuse to be taken for a fool and been robbed by a company gaslighting their users, and designing flawed products.

Mine works fine. Yes - either you can afford it or not.

No Radeon 9060 or 9070 series cards in the top 100 on the Steam Survey says all you need to know about the true sales figures for these cards. (every single 5 series nVidia cards make the list - even the 5090). Don't believe what AMD are saying, the 90 series is yet another AMD flop (despite actually being a pretty good card). They just did the usual and charged way too much for it.

Steam survey has been flawed for ages. No need to use that crap for any arguments.

Look at Mindfactory for Actual sales .

Dude, I have more than 300k$ in cash and I have over 1.5M$ in assets. I think I can afford one.

It is not because I can afford a Ferrari that I should buy one.

I just refuse to simp for Nvidia like a whale over a card that is barely 45% faster than my 9070XT, but cost 4-5 times more, not to mention also afflicted over design issues due to 12VHPWR, PCB connectors flaws, GPU solder ruptures and cracked PCB damage due to weight.

You just told a whole long diatribe about stuff.

Real money is QUIET.

Biggest issue I see here is the poor RT performance VS Nvidia and AMD 9x gen. This is getting more important with newer titles. Raw raster alone is no longer the only consideration moving forward.
Yes, but I can live with that. If you activate RT and frame gen, it works pretty well. I get more than 100 FPS in CP2077 on my UWQHD 160 Hz LG monitor. When you reach 80+ FPS in games, that's enough if you're not playing eSport games. And still, with rasterization alone, games are still full of eyecandy for me, so...
