Toshiba A205-S4607 Hangs with AC adaptor

I've been troubleshooting a Toshiba laptop (model A205-s4607). The problem is when I turn on the laptop with only its battery it will load to windows.... but when I put its AC adaptor it will hang... sometimes it the power goes on but no display on its LCD.

Please help me with this problem... It would be a great help for me...
