TpKnrres.exe - Bad Image

Hi guys.

I get this warning TpKnrres.exe - Bad Image
c:\windows\SYSTEM32\WTSAPI23.dll is ether not desogned to run on windows or it contaons an error.
Error status 0xc000012f

Depending what app I am trying to run the c:\ will change.
Nothing os working. My wifi is cut and I cannot restore.

Is gives me BSOD some times as well.

What can I do?

In your situation, I might try a SAFE mode boot...remove bad file. I would definitely backup copy my data to a safer place.
