USB Flash Drive error size. my 2Gb now is 2Tb.

I have a USB Flash Drive with 2Gb space.
Try to format it and now the Flash Drive is unreadable, I try to repair with KillDisk,
he tell me my USB Flash Drive is 2Tb (2000Gb) and the time to Erase Method: One Pass Zeros is calculate to 12 year and 348 days, other repair software tell me about "Please Insert a disk into drive."
How I can fix my Flash Drive?
