"VIA CPU to AGP Controller" error
I hope this is the correct forum.
I found this in the System Information - Hardware Resources - Conflicts/Sharing.
I though i may have a Vid card driver problem because during playing World Of Warcraft My screen would freeze and my system would lock up sometimes it goes to a black screen and freezes up.
Is this a Vid Card problem or a CPU problem?

MSI K-9MMV MObo
Via Chipset
HIS X1950 AGP 512 : But it installed as X1950PRO Maybe a problem?
AMD X2 4800+
Kingston DDR2-800 PC2-6400 2GB 800MHz DDR2 NonECC
BFG Tech 650w PS

The Vid card rests on the IDE cable. I had to break the back of the clip off to get it to fit over the IDE cable because the AGP slot Disects the center of IDE Slot
X1950 is a big card.

If your woundering why
My old AGP mo/bo died and this was the only AGP mo/bo i could find :(
