One of my favorite programs, "UniExtract" has a virus. Win32: Sohanad_1[Wrm], virus/worm, vps version:000730-0. What do I do now? It is sitting in the avast! chest. My best guess is to re-run the programs suggested here. Do successive viruses happen often? I get really tired of this, don't you?

It may well be that Avast has given you a false positive and that here is nothing wrong with the file.
Restore the file from the virus chest and let me know it`s full filepath.
Also, please post a fresh HJT log.

It definitely looks like a false positive. See HERE.
I suggest you contact the makers of Avast.
